The primary objective for the Y@I Committee of Members Council is to enhance our member benefits for young professional ISHRAE members by identifying activities and services focused on their needs.

Responsibilities of ISHRAE Youth Chairs

  • Involve Young Members in the chapter activities and programs
  • Attracting and Retaining Chapter Members
  • Work on Success stories
  • Involvement in Leadership Weekend Program
  • Support ISHRAE HQ team to organize National Programs like Urjavaran
  • Involvement in ISHRAE Cricket League - ICL
  • Managing Webinars
  • Newsletter for Student Connect
  • Creating Future leadership for the Society

Vision

The primary objective to create Youth In ISHRAE (Y@I) Committee will be to enhance our member benefits for young professional ISHRAE members by identifying activities and services focused on their needs.

The focus to create Y@I committee will develop new faces in ISHRAE, to learn more about society, to develop soft skills and network with other youth professionals, leadership development and to conduct youth programs at regional, chapters & sub-chapters’ level.
