After the positive response received by Emerson from the key industry stakeholders for its first Cold Chain Center located at Chakan, Emerson has opened a new Cold Chain Center at Gurgaon to cater to its customers in North India. This center provides expert project design services to end users, contractors and consultants from heat load calculations to customized refrigeration solutions, with the objective to optimally design the cold storage project. These services cater to a wide range of cold storage facilities such as fresh produce collection centers, pack-houses, fruit processing, dairy, logistics warehouses and retail. The Gurgaon center also offers hands-on training along with live equipment, simulation and solutions in action. Hakan Erdamar, president Asia and Middle East & Africa for Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions platform was present at the inauguration, along with Sridar Narayanswami, vice president and managing director of India, Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions platform.
