Greenheck Centrifugal Square Inline Fans Now Manufactured in India
21 January 2018

Greenheck’s SQ-M and BSQ-M centrifugal square inline duct fans are now being manufactured at Greenheck’s Bawal India plant. Direct drive model SQ-M and belt drive model BSQ-M are constructed for clean air applications where space is limited. The compact, square design provides a larger discharge area than tubular centrifugal and vane axial fans, reducing outlet velocities for quieter operation. The square design also allows the fans to be mounted horizontally or vertically and optional brackets are universally adjustable for easy mounting. Both models feature aluminium backward inclined, non-overloading centrifugal wheels statically and dynamically balanced. Precisely-sized fan shafts with close tolerances result in longer bearing life. Inlet and discharge duct collars simplify duct connection and access panels allow easy entry
to internal components. Model SQ-M offers capacities up to 8,537 CMH and 435 Pa while model BSQ-M offers capacities up to 45,194 CMH and 955 Pa, making them suitable for mixed use buildings, offices, hospitals and clinics, schools and universities, auditoriums, metro stations and airports.
