Dear Member, ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter is announcing 30th Aug. 2017 at 6.00 PM as the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the current year. The details of the Event are given below: Venue: The Mirador Hotel, 131/B, New Link Road, Chakala, Andheri (E) Mumbai 400 099 AGENDA 1. Registration between 6.00 pm and 6.30 pm. 2. Welcome Members at 6.30 pm 3. Address by the President, ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter 4. Review of the Minutes of the last AGM and adoption 5. Acceptance of Accounts for the accounting year 2016-2017 6. Appointment of Auditor for year 2017-2018 7. Election of the Nominating Committee for the year 2018 – 2019 8. Presentation on ACREX 2018 9. Any other topic with the permission of the Chair 10. Vote of Thanks Meeting will be called to order at 18.00 Hrs. In case there is not enough quorum, the Meeting will be adjourned and reconvened on the same date at the same venue at 18.30 HRS and in case the quorum is still not there, then the Meeting shall be called to order with the existing quorum and the decisions taken at the meeting shall be binding. Members are welcome to get in new prospective members who will carry a photo so as to enroll and payments towards their membership can be through a cheque or online carried by them. If any member desires to have any information in connection with the accounts and any other business related to the association functioning, they are requested to write to The Secretary at least 7 days prior to the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting, so that necessary information can be made available, otherwise it won’t be entertained.
