Centrifugal Fan is the heart of Air Handling Unit. Optimum selection of a fan is critical for successful operation of the system with minimum operating cost. Proper static pressure consideration are important of the optimum selection.

For dynamic control of the fan the selection become complicated. There is no magic fan which will result in best efficiency, least cost and low noise for wide operating range. Compromise should be well understood upfront.

To discuss this points and various others effecting the selection, installation and operation of a fan, ASHRAE Mumbai Chapter along with ISHRAE Mumbai & Thane Chapter, invites you on 19th January 2017 from 6 PM to 8 PM  for a Tech Talk on Fan Selection,to share your experience and case studies in an open forum discussion, where we all learn together from mutual exchange of ideas.
