Caryaire Executes Chemical Filter Project

Caryaire has recently executed a large chemical filter installation at ONGC Petroadditives Ltd. (OPAL) at Dahej, Gujarat comprising of 14 units of varying sizes from 200 CFM to 6,000 CFM airflow. The function of these chemical filters is to provide purified pressurized air into the multiple air handling rooms of the petrochemical plant to prevent corrosion of computer systems, electronic and electrical components inside rack rooms and control rooms from harsh ambient conditions prevalent at such facilities.

Since 2006, Caryaire has supplied close to 400 chemical filters to crude oil refi neries and petrochemical plants like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC, OPAL and Reliance Jamnagar in India. Other than the focused corrosion-abatement application of chemical fi lters, they also find extensive usage in the odour control and indoor air quality
segments.
