CII IGBC has signed an MoU with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to promote sustainable development in the city. As per the notification, every project certified by
IGBC will be entitled for 5, 10 or 15% rebate on the premium paid by developers based on the level of certification (Silver, Gold or Platinum) achieved. Against this backdrop, CII IGBC and PMC held a session on ‘Green Buildings for Smart Pune’ on June 8 on the eve of World Environment Day at Nehru Art Gallery and Auditorium.
