The office of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. on the 14th floor of GIFT One Tower at GIFT City, Gujarat has achieved the distinction of being the first office to be Platinum Rated under the IGBC Green Interiors Rating System in Gujarat, and the second in the country.
The salient features of the project are: use of ecofriendly refrigerants, adequate daylighting, energy efficient lighting, occupancy sensors, adequate fresh air provision, indoor plants for better IAQ, ergonomic furniture, district cooling system, use of sewage treatment plant, automated waste management, low flow water fixtures, and use of BMS for energy metering. Pankaj Dharkar & Associates was the MEP and Green building consultant for the project.
