Suvidha Engineers India Pvt. Ltd., a company founded in 1983, has agreed to an acquisition by Shinryo Corporation, a leading Japanese company in the HVAC, MEP, installation and engineering space founded in 1956, in the form of 100% company share transfer by all the shareholders of the former. Thus, Suvidha has officially become part of Shinryo Group from October 1.

With the synergies of the Shinryo Group, which has a strong track record globally, and the Suvidha brand, which has built a reputation in India over the last 35 years, the new company would aim to undertake large scale engineering and infrastructure projects, leveraging its expertise to avail of the opportunities provided by India’s dynamic economic development. The newly merged company is an example of the growing India-Japan ties, which will contribute to India’s growth through development of infrastructure, support to the ‘Make in India’ initiative and CSR activities in relevant fields.
