The 3200 sq. ft. Water e-motion project in Mumbai, with Pankaj Dharkar & Associates as the consultant, has been awarded Platinum Rating for Commercial Interiors by LEED USGBC. PDA’s scope of work included the design of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and IBM systems, Green building facilitation, and energy, daylighting and thermal simulation.
