Ziehl-Abegg Introduces More Hygienic Temperature-resistant Fan
18 November 2019

In kitchens, cleanliness is the number one priority. Reduction in the amount of time required for cleaning saves money and increases uptime. That is why the previous centrifugal fans have been fully encased and the air flow from the motor cooling is dissipated within the struts. This eliminates the need for the pipe from the EC motor on the rear side to the suction side, and enables the new ZAventero to be easily installed on a plug-and-play basis, without any additional piping other than the pipe to the external wall of the unit. Since these pipes impaired the airflow efficiency of the unit, the ZAventero is also more energy-efficient. The direct dissipation of warm air from the EC motor increases the temperature resistance of the fan cube. This makes the ZAventero the preferred solution for kitchens and industrial applications that generate higher temperatures. Key Data: Vane size: 315 to 450 mm Motor output: up to 3.6 kW Flow volume: up to 11,200 cubic metres per hour Static increase in pressure: up to 1,800 Pa
Flow medium temperature: up to 800C  High static system effi ciency up to >60%
