IceCOLDR is an engineered synthetic formula, designed to improve operational performance and restore lost efficiency to refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It delivers fuel/kWh savings and processing benefits through reduced cooling times. The product is claimed to improve HVAC energy efficiency by at least 10%. It is engineered to eliminate oil fouling. This technology was developed in 1986 to remove what ASHRAE calls ‘compressor oil fouling’ from the inner walls of refrigerant tubing.
