Harvinder S. Bhatia has been promoted as Country General Manager for Bitzer India, where he was earlier heading the Sales Department as General Manager – Sales. He will continue to report to Rob De Bruyn who has been promoted as Managing Director, Bitzer Asia and has relocated to Singapore. With this, Bitzer India has become part of Bitzer Asia. Harvinder has been with Bitzer India since May 2007 and was previously employed with an Air Compressor Manufacturer from 2000 to 2007 in various positions, his last posting being as Area Sales Manager, Ahmedabad. He is a Bachelor of Engineering from Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering and holds an MBA degree from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Aditi Surange has joined ACR Project Consultants Pvt. Ltd. – a business run by the family she belongs to – as Associate Consultant. She is a computer engineer and an MBA and has worked for 10 years in the IT industry. Her last stint was as Team Lead - Software Development followed by Strategist - Business Development, IT in Persistent Systems Ltd. She will be responsible for developing IT based systems in designing and planning of projects.

Amit Pandey has joined as Marketing Manager for all the brands of Ruskin Titus India at Delhi, responsible for pan-India operations. Amit graduated in mechanical engineering from U P Technical University in 2008 and joined Kruger Ventilation Industries as Application Engineer, climbing up to the level of Marketing Manager. He later worked at Humidin, and had a stint in ALP Aeroflex before moving to his current assignment. He has handled responsibilities like organizational development and talent acquisition apart from his main roles of sales, marketing and business development. He has worked with HVAC consultants, architects and builders getting green products and technologies approved, like fabric ducting, displacement ventilation, EPDM insulation, etc.
